Exceptionally comfortable unit with a cosy decor. Amazing, marvellous location to a supermarket. The lovely staff all round.

Had an amazing stay on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. All the staff was amazingly nice and consistently courteous, fixed my issues. Got the same spotlessly clean and cheap double room with a view booked online, truly enjoyed that. A train station was next to the accommodation.

The staff are well-mannered and the room is good value for money and well-equipped with a kitchen. The hotel offers exceptionally nice location close to JR station.

The location was easy, quite a walk from Otsukadai Park. Everyone was efficient and attentive.

I was happy with hotel's favourable and excellent location in a peaceful enough neighbourhood. I was offered a room with nice views on the Tokyo skyline. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were an advantage.

Ideal and quiet place with very good Wi-Fi and 24-hour restaurant. A lot of delicious food. Good and magnificent location with a train station walking distance to the building. Walking distance to eateries and an oceanarium.

Functional and ideal hotel in a functional functional style building. A kitchenette area, a kettle, and heavy curtains in the room, nice and easy location. Great facilities and comfortable beds. Location near metro, JR line and tram, aquarium, planetarium, stores and restaurants, and JR train station.

The location was comfortable, a short walk to an immersive observation deck. The beds were comfortable and the room was great value.

Loved our good-sized and brand-new rooms in this hotel.

The room we had included central heating, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Bathtubs in the large bathroom was super awesome. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Sunshine Aquarium.

Nice hotel in a great area, next to eateries and restaurants. Incredibly COMFORTABLE room with fridge and microwave oven and all the basics including refrigerator as expected. Awesome and brilliant location minutes away from Sunshine City. Walking distance to convenience stores and department stores across the street.

I had wonderful and ideal room with a kitchen. Location: the hotel was right by good location to use airport limousine, the shops/restaurants/railway station, and the subway stations.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's just a short walk from Otsuka train station, giving easy access to the Yamanote line and all of Tokyo. The room was ideal for a solo traveler like myself, and the bathroom had a bath which was a relief for my back pain. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Mystays Higashi Ikebukuro and would recommend it. I would recommend this hotel.
